1. Members may join at any time until the end of October. They may also leave at any time. They join the League by joining the League's mailing list. They may withdraw from the League at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list.

2. League members are expected to enter a contest at least once a year. Active members will be listed in the League standings on the main League page. New members will be listed after they enter their first contest and report their first points. Members will be considered active if they have  earned points in the current calendar year. 

3. The League owner will not remove any member from the League unless a complaint is brought against that member. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

4. To be eligible for points, a contest entry must be included on a contest's voting page and remain there until voting ends. The League owner will accept this appearance as the only proof of entry.

5. Points will be awarded as set forth on the Points and Guidelines page.

6. Members are responsible for letting the League owner know of "non-placing" entries by listing them in the League database at yahoogroups. It is strongly recommended that they also place their winning entries there, in case the League owner misses a set of results.

7. There is a list of contests provided for League members' reference. Please contact the League owner if you have knowledge of any contest not listed on the contest page before voting closes. Since the voting page may disappear after the contest ends, your proof of entry might disappear with the voting page.
